BETP monthly natural gas market report – October 2026
In October 2026, 399 730 MWh of natural gas were traded on the spot segment of the BETP organised exchange market in 933 trades at a volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of 80.35 EUR/MWh. Compared with September 2026, traded volume changed by +0.8% and the VWAP by +28.6%.

Totals since market launch
From May 2021 to the end of October 2026 the total volume on BETP is 18 754 324 MWh in 8 562 trades — 3 053 007 MWh on the exchange (cleared) market and 15 701 317 MWh under bilateral contracts.
